How do I purchase or sell securities?
In QUIK terminal you may look over stock-exchange quotations and carry out transactions with securities, including transactions with shares and ETF on the US stock market. You may also download mobile version of PocketQuik terminal to your mobile device.
If you wish to execute transactions with Eurobonds and other instruments that are not listed in QUIK terminal, or you do not want to install the terminal, you may carry out transactions by submitting a voice order from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. (Moscow time) by calling 8-800-500-38-70 (ext. 4), or by submitting a paper order (sample of the Order for Transaction may be found here). The scanned version of the document shall be sent to trader@otkritie-broker.com. Commission for submitting orders using a method other than QUIK terminal shall be $5 per order.
How do I download QUIK terminal?
Installation software and detailed manual for installing the terminal you may find in Client Portal in section “Information” or on our official web-site open-broker.com in section “Electronic Trading”.
There is no commission for QUIK terminal provided that the total value of your portfolio is more than $2000. Otherwise, the cost for the terminal is $12 per month.
Commission for PocketQuik is $150 once only and $15 monthly.
How do I find out what is my rate plan? Where can I find information about my rate plan? How do I change my rate plan?
You may find your rate plan in Client Portal in section “Overview 360” by choosing your OBL contract number and then pressing section “Rates and Services”

You may change your rate plan by sending a signed scanned copy of the Application for the Services to clients@otkritie-broker.com. You should indicate in the Application for the Services specific information about your account and choose a required rate plan. Sample of the Application for the Services may be found here.
How do I deposit my account? Where do I get details for transfer?
You may deposit your account by transferring monetary funds from your bank account, as well as from your brokerage account opened with Otkritie Broker JSC. You may find the details for transfer in Client Portal in section “Deposits and Transfers“
What documents are required to transfer monetary funds to a brokerage account?
In order to transfer monetary funds you should submit to the bank or Otkritie Broker JSC a signed Accession Application Form and Notification on opening an account. These documents were sent to you in a welcome letter when you opened the account. You may also send a request to provide you with the documents by sending an e-mail to clients@otkritie-broker.com.
How do I transfer monetary funds between my brokerage accounts?
You may submit an order for transfer of monetary funds between your OBL accounts in Client Portal.
